At Thai Express, it’s the people that make the exquisite Thai cuisine. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Shop Manager for our Wembley Boxpark brunch, who takes initiative to grow, while uplifting those around them.
We’re looking for:
- A Shift Manager who will put people at the heart of your decision making, have bucket-loads of passion and energy to inspire, motivate, and engage your team
- Someone who can build and develop your team for the future
- You’ll have great leadership experience from a customer focused environment
- A proven track record of driving sales in a multi- channel environment and will make sure the customers get great service every time.
- Experience to work in live kitchen. (Must have)
- Ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs for your store.
- Ability to provide great looking stores with brilliant customer service.
- Have a can do and problem solving attitude

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the running and management of venue
- Ensuring that all operations within the venue are efficient, compliant, documented & optimal
- Ensuring our standards are met, every time
- Training & developing the team
- Evaluating performance & productivity
