Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering & Manufacturing division are recruiting for an experienced process and people-orientated Production Shift Manager based in Runcorn, Cheshire.

The purpose of the Production Shift Manager is to engage, drive and influence positive change across a growing operation.

This role will operate on a 3 shift pattern.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER:

• Managing and supporting a team of production operatives (and 2 Team Leaders) in a manual and labour-intensive environment
• Drive performance and target achievement
• Ensure health and safety procedures are in place and adhered to
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects
  

PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous team leader/management/supervisory experience in a fast moving/manual line production environment
• Process Management and CI experience
• Coaching, training, and development skills
• A safety-first approach with a focus on producing a quality Product
