We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business. The role is 40 hours per week, with 45 minutes for a break, please contact via Indeed for the working hours and shift pattern.

The Role:
The Late Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse late shift, ensuring that high standards are maintained across all tasks and duties. As the Late Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving positive habits and behaviours among our staff to promote efficiency and boost morale.
In addition to your daily duties, you will also provide support to the Operations Manager with tasks and projects as requested. This will require a hands-on and proactive approach, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in physical tasks as required.
While the role is office-based, it is essential that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Your ability to manage and motivate a team, coupled with your hands-on approach to problem-solving, will be key to your success in this role.
