Due to some lone working, opening & closing the store you must be 18 years or older to be eligible to apply for this position.

Your New Role:
As our Shift Leader, you will work closely with the store management team to create an environment that is fun and engaging for the team and drive our global mission to spread smiles and bring joy to all our customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Safety: A safety first approach for our people and products

- magical moments for all our customers
- People: Support the store management team with training, reward & recognition, rotas and motivating the team
- Quality: Commitment to quality with only the highest quality products being allowed to leave the premises
- Facilities: Take responsibility for your store. Maintenance and cleanliness are high on the agenda creating a fit for purpose, happy working environment for all our Krispy Kremers
You’ll fit right into the Krispy Kreme family if:
- You have track record as a previous shift leader or looking for your next step up from team member and a CV bursting with customer service experience.
- Ideally you have experience in a food on the go environment or within retail. However, training will be given
- You have exceptional customer service skills
- Are a problem-solver who can communicate with people from all walks of life and continually focus on our customers’ needs.
- Are supporting of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good.
