- To assist the Lead Phase coach with delivering the coaching programme.
- Support the development of the players in the phase by contributing to Individual Player Development Plans, Player Reviews and Player Progression Plans.
- Record and evaluate all coaching sessions and games on the PMA.
- Monitor players and report on heir progress on a regular basis.
- Attend internal meetings and CPD events.
Essential
- UEFA A Licence
- BFAS
- Knowledge of Elite Player performance plan (EPPP)
- Computer Literate
- Ability to work as part of a team and buy-in to the academy philosophy
- A positive and professional attitude and the ability to work with a range of individuals
- Successful applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance prior to taking the job role
