About Us
Warwickshire County Council’s Adult and Community Learning Service provide a wide range of adult learning courses across the county. Our provision includes a developing programme for those who wish to join a maths course.
About The Role
We are looking for an inspirational sessional maths tutor to teach groups of adults. It will be an exciting opportunity for you to share your knowledge and skills to enable learners to express themselves in a creative way. You will need to have an innovative approach to teaching your subject and experience of working with learners with a range of abilities, difficulties or disabilities.
Candidates will be asked to deliver a short teaching session/task as part of the selection process
Key Requirements
Successful candidates are likely to be experienced teachers of adults, with a sound knowledge of how adults learn and the range of approaches that can be used to support them. You must be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and to supporting the rights and aspirations of under-represented groups.
