Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm)
Homebased with occasional travel
Salary - £40,000-45,000pa

We have an exciting opportunity for a brand new role in our service as a Services Manager where you will ensure that operational delivery is of high quality and in
accordance with contractual commitments.
As a Services Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Virtual Hospital Director to ensure that the service is safe, effective, and well-led to
ensure the delivery of a seamless service to our patients. This is a role that will provide great exposure to many aspects of clinical governance as well as providing an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and forward thinking team.
Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Elective Care is a leading specialist in the provision of echocardiography and cardiac rhythm analysis services. Every aspect of our pioneering clinical support service is designed to increase capacity, efficiency and quality across the cardiac diagnostics industry.

Take ownership of the day-to-day operational management of the Respiratory
Service and work in close collaboration with our clients to ensure services are
delivered in line with agreed specification - Work closely with the Patient Access Manager as you will be responsible for the
performance management of the service - Collaborate with members of the senior management team as necessary
to address issues with contract performance and implement any agreed
changes and monitor - Actively review the contract and seek help to ensure all issues identified are
managed effectively - Play a key role in managing the financial performance of the contract.

Previous healthcare operational management experience
- Knowledge of methods of quality measurement and management
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, clinical workforce and colleagues
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with ability to focus under pressure
