Embrace Financial Services, which has existed in Exeter since 1989 have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Customer Service Consultant to join our busy City Centre office.
We have a network of Mortgage and Protection advisors working throughout the UK, helping clients find the best mortgage and protection products for them. The role of a Customer Tracking Support Consultant is To proactively manage Mortgage and/or Protection appointments through to applications after meeting with one of Embrace's Advisors.
Working at Embrace Financial Services as a Customer Service Consultant, you will receive
- Annual salary of £19,000 - £21,000
- 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Holiday entitlement increases by 1 day per full calendar year of service up to a maximum of 25)
- The opportunity to work Hybrid after successful completion of probation. Hybrid working will be 3 days in the office in Exeter, 2 days home working.

In the role of a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for;
- Managing Financial Services appointments generated by the business for our Financial Consultants through to application by proactively using the diary system to ensure appropriate appointments followed up.
- Effectively manage Financial Consultants tracking pipeline and proactively chase parties in order to provide appropriate updates.
- Ensure all customer information if recorded accurately on all systems
- Meet agreed individual targets and work towards team goals
- Maintain and develop customer relationships

Addtional Information
- 37.5 hour contract per week. Team covers the hours between 08.30 am to 17:30 pm Monday to Friday. (One week 08:30am – 17:00pm the next week 09:00am – 17:30pm)
