CityLets York is the destination brand for luxury short-term rental properties, specialising in high quality self-catering accommodation in the historic City of York. We offer a wide range of five-star accommodation from luxury apartments by the river to grade 2 listed houses located close to the City Walls.

Purpose of a Serviced Accommodation Assistant

To assist in the running of the daily operations. You will be one of the main contact for our guests and be liaising with our housekeeping team to ensure all properties are presented to the highest standard for our guests.

Responsibilities of a Serviced Accommodation Assistant

• Providing and maintaining the professional standard of service through administrative duties such as answering calls, manning the reception desk, and dealing with any residential requests
• Liaising between housekeeping, maintenance and reception to ensure procedures run smoothly and jobs are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner prior to guest arrival.
• Assisting with key handovers and check ins where necessary.
• Manage the maintenance schedules to ensure property maintenance is dealt with.
• Business Development - Identify opportunities for new business and to grow the number of holiday lets under management, on boarding of new customers and delivering a first class service from the outset.
• Property Sign-off – Ensure that all properties have been prepared to the required high-quality standard prior to stays.
• Social Media and Online Presence – Contribute to the social media accounts for the department and ensure all properties are advertised and promoted to the highest standard.
