We are looking for an individual to join our busy IT Services Team. The role of 1st Line IT Services Technician will provide first line IT technical support for all problems escalated by our customers using the helpdesk or received from the IT Services Administrator; seeking technical support and advice from advanced tier support. Project manage elements of work as allocated by the IT Services Manager/Senior IT Services Engineer.

Full time 37 hours a week, all year round.

Salary £20,706
