Job description
This program is designed to create an entry-level HVAC Apprentice after the completion of training.

Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications- Learn some basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
- Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
- Perform an HVAC inspection to company specifications
- Diagnose issues with a malfunctioning HVAC system
- Make repairs to an HVAC system
- Recommend and install IAQ products where the opportunity exists
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
- Team player
