This position will include identifying user problems and working within a structured problem management and resolution process to remediate them within established SLA's and involves working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective support services.
Responsibilities include identifying, documenting and troubleshooting end-user issues to resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pro-active and re-active support for clients
- Network administration
- Support end user devices such as desktops, printers, mobile devices
- Facilitate the restoration of normal service operation while minimizing impact to the end-user
- Deliver services within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Record all incidents in the PSA tool
- Troubleshoot all incidents according to industry best practices
- Maintain consistent communication with all parties including end-users, their managers, and internal resources as applicable
- Perform all scheduled activities such as Moves / Adds / Changes, Maintenance, Patch Management, Documentation, and reporting
Requirements:
- 4+ years verifiable commercial IT Experience in an Intermediate or higher role within a similarly structured organization
- Proven experience supporting complex business networks, Servers, MS Exhange, Office 365,VPN's, LOB apps etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with reliable transportation

Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server Operating Systems 2008 – 2019, Exchange Server 2003 to 2019, Office 365 Business/Enterprise, Accounting Programs (Quickbooks, Sage, etc), ERP Programs (Sage, Epicor, Accpac, etc), Adobe Products, Server Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, KVM, VirtualBox), Print Servers, Network Switches, Enterprise Firewall/Routers, VPN, Linux Operating Systems, MacOS
Valued Certifications and Education
Diploma in Computer Information Systems
Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
Comptia Network+, A+
Details
This is a full-time position. Salary is negotiable based on experience and skill. We offer an extended health and dental plan and a flexible, enjoyable work environment.
NOTE that we will only accept local candidates and do not provide relocation assistance.

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
