What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Service Supervisor to join our London based service team. You’ll be responsible for managing a key contract, the London Underground Step Free Contract. You will ensure quality and on-time delivery of all aspects of service delivery including callbacks, maintenance and insurance items.

You, the Service Supervisor, will also be responsible for:

Ensuring that your engineers work within the relevant HSE procedures and achieve set targets.
Lead from the front, demonstrating best practice in the work you carry out, as you will still be getting stuck into the day to day maintenance when required.
Carry out Fatality Prevention Audits and Safety Inspections.
Work with the Branch Manager to ensure 100% of units are Risk Assessed.

To be successful in this role you will:

NVQ3 qualified in lifts and escalators
Lift industry experience essential
Technical ability to fault-find essential
Previous experience of on-call work preferred
Experience in people management
