What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Service Supervisor to join our London based service team. You’ll be responsible for managing a key contract, the London Underground Step Free Contract. You will ensure quality and on-time delivery of all aspects of service delivery including callbacks, maintenance and insurance items.
You, the Service Supervisor, will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring that your engineers work within the relevant HSE procedures and achieve set targets.
- Lead from the front, demonstrating best practice in the work you carry out, as you will still be getting stuck into the day to day maintenance when required.
- Carry out Fatality Prevention Audits and Safety Inspections.
- Work with the Branch Manager to ensure 100% of units are Risk Assessed.

To be successful in this role you will:
- NVQ3 qualified in lifts and escalators
- Lift industry experience essential
- Technical ability to fault-find essential
- Previous experience of on-call work preferred
- Experience in people management
