Based just outside of Stratford Upon Avon we are looking for a new Service & Sales Associate to join our team. Average Salary (dependant on experience)
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission Scheme
Working Patterns
Monday-Friday 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m. & some Saturdays (1 in 2) 8:30a.m.-12:30p.m.
Contract
Permanent - Full time
As customer service and sales advisor, you will be full of pzazz representing the company, via phone, live chat, email, face to face, for the sale of wheels, tyres and associated accessories to our wholesale and retail customer base. You will work with customers to ascertain their needs, create creative solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish! Not all customers contact us, so creativity, self-motivation and initiative is key to identify new sales leads and act accordingly.
Motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individuals who work to efficient process methods and can adapt to various roles is the secret sauce to making the magic happen at 4x4 Tyres.
You will be joining a customer obsessed team, full of creative problem solvers, who pride themselves on delivering the best possible 4x4 experience. Always.

Service & Sales Associate
- Professionally supporting inbound customers with technical knowledge via emails, live chats, phone system, and face to face to secure sales
- Support our eBay site with uploading of listings and processing of orders
- Customer relationship management via systems and processes
- Outbound sales calls and visits
- Meet & greet visiting customers
- Support, and find creative solutions to customer’s challenges
- Support customer queries through various social media platforms
This role is suited for energetic and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. The fast paced and energised environment at 4x4 relies on organisation and efficiency.
Due to our location being just outside of Stratford Upon Avon a reasonable means of transport is a must.
