We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
- Assist customers with product or service related issues.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
- Document customer interactions in the customer database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
