We have a vacancy for a full time Service Receptionist. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you could be just the person to join our friendly team in our family run business.
This is an important role where you will be looking after our customers' needs face to face, on the telephone, and via email.
Full training will be given, however the ideal candidate would have experience of working in a busy garage reception with some basic mechanical knowledge. They will be computer literate and having some knowledge of garage management systems would be a bonus. A Good grasp of social media would also be a distinct advantage.
Main duties will include:
Conversing with customers regarding work on their vehicles and gaining authority for work, providing detailed and accurate estimates etc.
Taking booking for Tyre fitting, MOTs and Service work
Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are received in a timely manner.
Invoicing accurately
Cash handling and taking card payments.
General office duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
