About this role
BT is going through a transformation – and data is at the heart. We’re simplifying our products, transforming our customer journeys, modernising our IT and networks and decommissioning legacy platforms. As part of this programme, you could be involved in delivering data engineering for new advanced analytics solutions and capabilities, leveraging cloud analytics platforms for mobile networks, be responsible for designing and testing automated solution and processes and more!
You will really live and breathe data and the ways in which it can be enhanced, harnessed, processed. You’ll be exploring the many exciting ways we can reduce manual workload through automation and improve processes and tools, constantly activating your innovative thinking mixed in with your technical skills.
Your output will support in the delivery of the best 5G network with industry leading coverage and performance. Data and insights that you help deliver will drive efficiency and enhancement to deliver business process improvements, customer satisfaction, cost reduction and revenue growth. You will help to standardise and simplify engineering processes, all whilst ensuring all data activities are compliant.
You’ll develop world-class problem solving and analytical skills, becoming an expert in your field and acting as a consultant to other parts of our company (yes, even as a graduate). You’ll be part of a team of highly-skilled data engineers, and will provide you with the support you need to keep learning and growing as part of BT.
This is a non-rotational graduate role and is available in the Networks part of our business.

Entry Requirements
A 2:2 (or higher) in a STEM discipline.
