Due to the continuing success of our multi-franchise dealership, we are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team, based in Brockenhurst.
Position: Service Operations Manager
Location: Brockenhurst
Brands: Honda, BMW Motorrad, Royal Enfield, and multi-franchise used cars and motorcycles.
Salary: OTE £50,000 +
Work Pattern: 42 hours per week plus alternate Saturdays.
This position would be ideal for an experienced Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Aftersales Manager who is passionate about their role, enjoys management of a workshop team, and is welcoming towards customers. This role is within the Automotive Industry with well-known brands, experienced with BMW, BMW Motorrad, Mini, Honda, or Royal Enfield would be a bonus.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Aftersales Manager experience
- Experience within BMW, BMW Motorrad, Mini, Honda, or Royal Enfield – desired
- Previous experience using Kerridge / CDK.
- Enjoy the duties that accompany a managerial role.
- Passionate and dedicated to the role.
