Organization Renault Trucks Position Description Service Market Product and Program Manager Warwick - Hybrid Working Salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) plus 10% bonus Pay Band 5 JOB SUMMARY The successful candidate will be a key driver and facilitator of wider project teams both internal and external. You will develop and project manage multiple Renault Truck business and Service Market projects and programs, which could be anything from Product Marketing, Customer Service and Satisfaction, Dealer Auditing and Standards. This includes all aspects of Program management and reporting with Program sponsors originating outside the Service Market Dept. You will act as a key team member of Service Market Head Office and field teams, representing the UK market in global projects and act as a key link between global HQ Directors and the network. Our hybrid working model means that you will spend 3 days per week working from our Head Office in Warwick and up to 2 days working from home. JOB ROLE Scope, set up and launch Service Market projects in the areas of Product Marketing, customer experience, communications and others in conjunction with the field team, cross-functional and global teams Manage project and program budgeting, promote requirements for additional funding where they can improve (internal and external) customer experience and increase overall business performance Develop and promote Digital Marketing propositions to promote Service Market goods and Services Manage, develop and report on the external Audit program used to maintain and improve Dealer standards Champion customer experience though the various RTUK customer experience measurement tools Identify ideas for continuous improvement of processes, tools, data usage and insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness Create timely and clear communications and presentations for internal and external audiences, including customers (for brand awareness) and executive management (for making informed decisions), to very high standards using data and creative design tools THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES This role sits within our Service Market Parts Sales and Supply Chain department. The Service Market department has a very diverse range of responsibilities, and therefore requires people with a broad set of skills. This team has the task of positioning our parts offer within the marketplace using a full set of physical, digital marketing tools and competitive pricing. We seek to do this through benchmarking against our competitors, ensuring compelling features and benefits and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Department also has the key responsibility for the on-going Dealer Standards program of audit and KPI assessment. WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
