Be the change

Be successful

You are motivated and driven. Happy working solo or as part of a team, you love meeting targets and can demonstrate a proven track record of managing programmes or services that meet commissioner expectations.

Be big-hearted

To work with us in this role you will need to have some experience of leading a team of healthcare professionals and/or knowledge of how health services are organised and delivered. You will be confident having difficult conversations around performance management, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment all whilst maintaining a flexible and supportive approach to leading the programme. Knowledge of complaints management, managing a budget and a qualification in a health promotion related subject (such as nutrition, exercise, or health coaching) is a bonus!
