Duties
- Ensures the proper and timely completion of all assigned tasks and compliance with directives and regulations. Recommends and/or implements approved efficiency changes.
- Support duties including but not limited to matters of records management, personnel security, classified information and purchases. Planning and maintaining matters related to personnel security, tracking of government purchase card purchases.
- Handles all office administrative functions, correspondence control and preparation, briefings, processing civilian awards, the conduct of special projects, studies and reports, and internal control actions, and emergency contingency operations.
- Creates and manages various databases for information gathering and reporting for evaluation purposes. Serves as the records manager, classified documents custodian, publications officer, and assistant supervisory security manager.
- Directs, coordinates, and oversees work of subordinate staff. Plans, prioritizes, and assigns work considering workload equity among employees and/or teams, capabilities of employees, complexity of projects.

Qualifications
2. Candidates must have progressively responsible work experience that includes a practical application of the above described or related work experience. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower pay level.
3. Must have knowledge of military administrative management policy and procedures.
4. Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner and be able to write clearly and concisely.
5. Must know how to design and manage recurring reports and create and manage electronic databases.
Highly Preferred - Eligible applicants who meet the highly preferred criteria listed below will be referred to management for first consideration. Your resume must reflect the highly preferred criteria in order to receive credit for it.
1. Must possess project management experience.
2. Must have management experience.
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Must have great time management skills.
5. Candidate must have at least two (2) years of calendar management and administrative work experience.
6. Candidate is able to multi-task and very detail oriented.
