Our Service Engineers are responsible for diagnosing and repairing faulty products in our customers’ homes. So, it goes without saying that you should be compassionate, a good listener, a problem solver, and as a CareCo ambassador you should be committed to providing only the very best customer service at all times.

We believe we’re unique in the world of mobility because we recognise that our customers are, too. There’s no one size fits all when it comes to solving a customer’s mobility difficulties.

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to diagnose and repair faulty mobility products within our customers’ homes.

What are my responsibilities?

  • To assess products presenting faults on-site
  • Diagnosing product issues, offering either a first-time repair or resolution to the claim
  • Recording visits on written reports on company tablets
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of company vehicle inside and out
  • Collection of faulty products to be returned to CareCo
  • To help spot trends with products and faults and report back to senior management
  • To attend training courses as required

What skills are required?

  • Full UK current driving license
  • Technically minded – no previous experience with mobility products is required (but is a huge benefit)
  • Must be self-motivated, polite, and professional as well as having the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication and social skills

What do CareCo offer you?

  • £25,000 basic salary (negotiable - dependent upon experience)
