Position: Service Driver
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours a week working - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm
Location: Jaguar Land Rover Swansea SA6 8QP
Position Pays: £22,000 per annum
The Opportunity
As a Service Driver with Jaguar Land Rover Swansea, you will be collecting customer's cars to and from their home addresses, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Your duties will include:
Deliveries:
- To chauffeur customers to and from specific locations
- To deliver and collect vehicles from customers homes or work premises, ensuring the collection and/or completion of all paperwork required.
- To ensure that vehicles used for collection and delivery are kept in a clean, safe, roadworthy condition and serviced with accordance with manufacturers specifications.
- To keep the 'Driver's Log' up to date
- To ensure all dealings with customers are handled courteously
- To make deliveries and collections for the business needs when required.
In order to be successful for the Van Sales Driver position:
- It is essential that you have a valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties
- Be of smart appearance with an honest, reliable and friendly appearance
- Have a good local knowledge of the roads and motorway networks
- Be flexible, hardworking and used to providing excellent customer service
