We are a multi-award winning family business looking for an exceptional person with great personality to become their Service Desk Team Leader at their Mitsubishi, SsangYong franchised dealership & busy used car centre in West Malling near Maidstone
· PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE MOTOR TRADE IS A REQUIREMENT OF THIS POSITION. THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HOWEVER.
· Full customer & product training will be offered to successful candidates
- To ensure all customer vehicles are fully repaired and serviced according to Manufacturer standards and within agreed time frames.
- To communicate with the customer regarding the repairs and any additional work required, providing excellent customer service and duty of care.
- To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range and have knowledge of our competitors offerings.
- To ensure that good communication is maintained with the Workshop Controller & his team.
- To maintain & improve upward communication with the After Sales Manager to ensure the efficient & cost effective operation of the department.
- To monitor and ensure that the completion of all service and repair paperwork is completed promptly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- To ensure customer vehicles are handled with care whilst the responsibility of the Service Workshop and that all cars are cleaned and valeted ready for handover to customer at agreed time frames

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Motor Trade: 2 years (required)
