Permanent Contract | £22,369 to £24,054 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our busy IMT Service Desk team as an IMT Service Desk Assistant.
The role involves a high level of customer contact, as the IMT Service Desk is the primary point of contact for users to report incidents, service requests and make other enquiries. You will be required to obtain appropriate and useful information from the customer over the telephone effectively, accurately and in a timely manner, to assist in the timely resolution of their request.
You will need to have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing an efficient and effective IMT incident recording and routing service for customers which include NCC Members, Chief Officers, NCC staff, and users from partner organisations.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of customers from different services and IMT colleagues, while working in a pressurised environment.
