Support Desk- IT Support- Clients

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday (Hybrid after training)

Trafford Park

Main duties and responsibilities

  • To provide dedicated first line support to clients
  • To log and update all IT related incidents/requests.
  • To investigate, diagnose and solve support issues.

This role is a mix of inbound calls and emails- heavily concentrating on client interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
