IT Service Desk Analyst / Northwich / Salary £22,790 + £1,000 per annum on call allowance
Permanent / Full Time 37.5 hours / Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 5.30pm
Residential Management Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic 1stLine IT Service Desk Support Analyst, to be a point of presence and ‘friendly face of IT’ based at our office in Northwich (CW9 7LN). Travel to other sites across the UK will also be required.

You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle with the willingness to travel regularly.
What are some of the tasks our IT Service Desk Analyst will be doing?
- You will be the first point of contact for all IT support issues, requests and guidance.
- Taking full ownership for incident and service requests, communicating clearly with the people involved and remaining calm under pressure.
- Keeping accurate and up to date records of the service requests and changes to the asset database.
- Working using your own initiative and continuously improve service levels and develop IT processes.
- Provide remote support of RMG’s employee’s nationwide role.
What skills and experience will you have?
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focused, ‘happy to help’ mindset.
- Experience working on Service Desk providing 1st and 2nd line support.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of VOIP telephone systems.
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix and Microsoft 365 administration skills
- IT desktop support which should include MS Office.
- ITIL knowledge and working knowledge and administration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix and remote support tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Previous IT Field Service or Desktop Support experience would be advantageous. Although candidates who are familiar with IT Service Desk processes and keen to grow and develop in this type of role are welcome to apply.
