About The Role
Do you have experience as an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Engineer? Are you looking for a new opportunity within a growing and dynamic organisation? If so, please read on.
As an IT Service Desk Engineer you will be providing first line support for IT users from across the group. You will provide a flexible and responsive service ensuring that our service level agreements are met.
Working from our purpose built office in Exeter, you will be joining a small team of highly skilled technicians supporting the business across our regions. This is a full time, permanent opportunity. You will be working a shift pattern between 7.30am and 5pm to ensure the Helpdesk is covered during office hours.
About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of IT Service Desk Engineer, you will have the Skills, Knowledge and Experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:-
- Have experience of working in a customer facing role such as a Service Desk.
- Have experience of Service Desk software such as Heat/Service Now/FreshService.
- Be experienced in supporting MS Windows (10 & 11), MS Office 365 and Teams.
- Possess a pleasant manner with the ability to build a rapport with people at all levels.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
