Due to continued growth within the business, we are expanding our National Command Centre and are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic person to join our team as a Service Desk Administrator, supporting this essential function to the business.
This is a busy role where no two days are the same! If you have previous experience in an administrative role, working within a fast-paced customer service environment, think logically and are able to gather information accurately then this could be the role for you!
Where: Our Head Office based in Newton-le-Willows (WA12 area)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8 hours per day. Monday - Friday, shifts times to be discussed at interview.
Salary: £23,920.00 per annum

What will you be doing?
Provide administrative support to the Service Desk.
- Compile timesheet hours for invoicing.
- Take responsibility for time sensitive reports and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Ensure 3rd Party: compliance, performance management and reporting.
- Monitor service request emails and action.
- General enquiries.
Administration
To ensure the recording of timely and accurate data.
General
To actively promote equality and diversity in all aspects of work with and for the Service.
To take responsibility for own professional development and participate in relevant internal and external activities.
To carry out the above duties within the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).
To carry out the above duties in a confidential and sensitive manner.
What do we need from you?
- Experience
- Call centre / control centre / customer service experience are a distinct advantage.
- Administrative experience.
The successful applicant will match the below criteria.
- A business brand ambassador passionate about people and customer service.
- Takes ownership – is pro-active with a can-do attitude.
- Confident, calm, organised, and detailed.
- An effective verbal and written communicator at several levels.
- Competent with the complete suite of Microsoft software including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Self-learning desire.
