Job description
We are working with one of our favourite clients in the Gloucestershire area to help pad out their Service Desk team. They are on the look out for IT Support Engineers with 1-2 years experience to join their growing team.
The role is fast paced and with lots of room for progression and growth with tailored progression plans when you join the company. My client are looking for Engineers with excellent customer service skills in particular those who can deliver updates whether they be positive, negative or indifferent amongst the ticketing process
The role will be office based to start with and then move to hybrid once you are settled alongside a salary of up to £28,000.
What experience are we looking for?
- Experience working within a professional and busy IT Service Desk
- Microsoft Windows Support, versions 7 and windows 10
- Customer service skills, telephone manner and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Office 365
- Server experience would be beneficial but not essential
