Technical Support Specialist
Mint support is a fast-growing company that provides IT support and consulting services to schools in the Yorkshire area. We are seeking a Technical Service Desk Lead to join our team in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and help lead the Service Desk Team.
The successful candidate for the role will join our experienced team and will provide first line support on the phone, managing other members of the service desk team, working with a range of systems and users with varying skills.
The varied nature of this role requires an intelligent and enthusiastic person who has the ability to think outside the box to solve issues independently, but who can also work effectively with our wider IT and school teams. A friendly and professional manner is vital as this is a customer focused role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and experience with hardware and software, including installation, configuration and deployment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
