Job Title: Helpdesk/Service Desk Administrator
Salary: up to £27k DOE
Location: Crayford, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
A building company based in Crayford Kent is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to assist their busy expanding Helpdesk.
As one of the Helpdesk Coordinator's you will be provide and maintain the high quality of service they provide to their clients. You will also be the first point of contact via telephone and email.
Duties
- Scheduling of works for Engineer's
- Managing call out rotas
- Processing engineer holiday forms
- Managing the diaries of engineer's and sub-contractors
- Providing clients with works progress via internal CRM system
- Processing of engineer and subcontractor paperwork
- Completing KPI spreadsheets
- Raising Purchase Orders for materials
- Providing quotes to clients following on from Engineer's visits
- Updating monthly reports
- Investigate and resolve all client queries in a timely manner
Skills
- Experience of working in a busy fast paced environment as a Helpdesk Coordinator
- Experience of managing Engineer's and sub-contractors diaries
- Scheduling of works for Engineer's and sub-contractor's
- Experience of working within a FM environment
- Professional telephone manner
- IT literate, ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Can work on own initiative
- Be Customer Service focused and driven
