Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a IT Service Desk Analyst based in St Albans for a rapidly growing company.

Salary: £30-£35k
Job Location: St Albans
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37.5hours per week, Monday – Friday
The role…
As the IT Service Desk Analyst your role will involve the following important duties:
- Be the first point of contact for users, logging and responding to incidents using company ITSM platform.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service and adherence to ITIL service management principles, taking ownership of incidents and requests, and being proactive when dealing with customers.
- Create knowledge base articles for "quick fixes" and whenever new solutions are learned from support enquires.
- Providing onsite and direct support to users in other areas such as London, Rickmansworth and Milton Keynes.
The experience required…
As a successful IT Service Desk Analyst you will have the following:
- Excellent understanding of mobile devices (iPhone & Android)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum GCSE qualification in IT or Computing
- Basic Citrix Virtual Desktop administration
- Full driving licence and use of own car.
