Job Title: Service Desk Advisor
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: £13.03
Weekly Pay
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming service desk calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Log all service desk calls and incidents accurately in Maximo or similar application.
- Prioritize and assign service desk calls to appropriate teams or individuals.
- Escalate service desk calls that require further attention.
- Ensure all service desk calls are resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their service desk calls.
- Liaise with other teams to resolve service desk issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all service desk activities.
- Provide support to the wider facilities management team as required.
Requirements:
- Previous Service Desk Experience would be beneficial.
- Understanding of FM business or the willingness to learn.
- Able to pass a CTC.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
