Job description
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Technology team who are based at Hilmore House in Bradford. You’ll be leading a service delivery team centrally within Technology, supporting our wholesale colleagues and working closely with the stores and a range of other stakeholders. You’ll also lead relationships with some of our key Technology Partners who provide our Service Desks. Leading teams to implement service improvement plans across our incident, major incident, and problem management processes.
