As part of the Management Team, you will collaborate with regional colleagues and external networks to develop and implement a delivery plan and targets for your local area. You will ensure young people who need us most are engaged at the start of their journey by leading the development of relationships with colleagues and local referral partners and networks. • Effective data analysis skills
  • Commercial acumen

The Service Delivery Manager role is multi-faceted, and we are looking for an individual with a broad skill set.

We work with young people from every background, so we’re passionate about building a diverse workforce that represents the young people we support. We, therefore, welcome applications from everyone who meets the essential criteria for the role.

Why do we need Service Delivery Managers?

The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some have been in trouble with the law. We believe all young people should have the chance to succeed, and that young people are the key to a positive and prosperous future for all of us. We want to continue having a positive impact on young people’s lives and we couldn’t do this without the important work of Service Delivery Managers!
