The Legacy TCS Transformation project is critical for the future of BT and it’s transformation and modernisation plans. We have outsourced BT’s legacy Integration and Tooling applications, but they are currently still critical to the business and support a large percentage of BT’s business.
- Responsible for the tracking and driving of adherence to the contractual KPI’s for the Architecture applications in scope of the Digital Transformation project
- Responsible for tracking and auditing the spend (CapEx and OpEx) for the Architecture applications in scope of the Digital Transformation project
- Ownership of security processes and tasks which must be owned from with BT for the Architecture applications in scope of the Digital Transformation project
- Leading on scoping, initiation and completion of transformation projects relating to legacy applications
- Working with wider teams within BT on the projects and initiatives to close applications and work as part of the TechCo 500 team
- Working closely with the Architecture SRE team to ensure adherence to SRE and security initiatives and best practice
- Change: Experience in change management in order to deliver change successfully, ensure it is embedded and maintained
- Subcontractor Management: Experience working with sub-contractors, embedded within teams or working at arms length, setting and managing quality deliverables with time, cost and quality criteria
- Finance: Experience in budgeting, demand and cost management. Management of PO’s and receipting for sub-contractors
- Experience in tracking KPI’s for either run or build (ideally both) of applications in order to track performance of teams supporting
- Stakeholder Management: Develop close relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers and BT employees at a senior level, confidently present information at all levels
- A good overall understanding of BT’s Integration estate, ideally have worked directly on one or more of the Integration systems in delivery and/or operational role
