About the role:
As a Service Delivery Assistant you will:
- Manage the day to day administration of the service and ensure up to date and accurate recording of all information
- Assist with the processing and recording of financial transactions
- Organise meetings, conferences, training and events
- Assist with volunteer recruitment
- Undertake public engagement to raise awareness of the service
You will need:
- To be highly organised and have experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks and providing office support
- The ability to compile information from various sources to produce clear documents
- The ability to communicate sensitively and effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of people
- The ability to think logically and plan methodically for operational effectiveness
- The ability to work without direct supervision, prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands, needs and interests in an organised and methodical manner
- Sound IT experience, with the ability to use a range of software particularly Word & Excel, databases and Case Management systems.
- To uphold and promote the values of Victim Support and treat colleagues and service users in a fair and non-discriminatory way
