Job description
We are looking for a Service Coordinator for our client based on the outskirts of Thame.
As Service Coordinator you will be:
- An integral part of the team and will use their cutting-edge tools and technology to provide a first-class service to their customers.
- You will be proactively planning and scheduling work centrally for 6 depots; your role will be to communicate with customers (both internal and external), and to allocate and schedule work to their technicians across the group.
- Your main priority is ensuring their customer service levels meet their customers’ needs whilst always maintaining a first-class standard of service.
The ideal Service Coordinator candidate will have:
- Previous experience within the Agricultural/Ground care/Plant industries, either in a mechanical/technical position or as a Service Advisor.
- However, Service Administrators/Advisors from other industries will also be considered, or exceptionally strong Administrators from any background who are able to quickly pick up new skills and follow established processes.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
Salary 25-32K depending on experience.
