Job description
HiQ Tyres & Autocare are part of Goodyear Tyres UK Franchise business. We have over 105 centres across the UK and offer MOT, Servicing, Tyres and General Mechanical Work to consumers.
We are looking for a full time Service Centre Advisor who can hit the ground running in this established business. This candidate will meet and greet customers. The candidate will be taking a leading role to support the franchisee owner with invoicing, using our internal CRM system (training will be given), booking customers into the centre plus giving advice to customers. Basic IT skills are very important.
Holiday allowance - 28 Days inc Bank holidays
Working hours Mon - Fri 8 - 5.30pm & Alternate Saturdays 8- 2pm
