Job description
We require an experienced Service Advisor/Receptionist to join our friendly team. This is a full time, permanent position.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide excellent customer service to our customers in a professional and efficient manor from the customers first enquiry through to the customer follow up after the visit.
Main duties include;
- Dealing with customer calls.
- Scheduling vehicle servicing, MOTs and repairs.
- Dealing with breakdowns, adhering to ETAs and ensuring all parties kept updated.
- Actioning customer enquiries and concerns.
- Carrying out department administrative tasks.
- Preparing the paperwork both for the customers visit and customers collection.
- Maintain a tidy working environment.
- Speaking to customers on arrival and departure and taking payments.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, confident, professional and proficient with IT and computing programmes. They should also demonstrate good organisational and communication skills. The should be a team player and have a friendly and courteous manner.
Hours of work would be 8 – 5pm Mon to Friday
Saturday 8 – 12pm on a rota basis
