Opportunity at RRG Lexus Bolton – Service Advisor
Due to continuous growth RRG Lexus Bolton now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team! We are seeking an experienced service advisor or similar within the automotive industry.
Main duties of the role will include meeting and greeting service customers, booking customer’s cars in for service/MOT, co-ordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre, customer enquiries. Also daily preparation of job cards, up selling, 24/48-hour pre calls, follow up on service customers and general administration tasks so we are seeking a candidate who is IT literate. We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. You must have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player. Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
Normal working hours are Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1730 Friday 0800 - 1700 with a half an hour unpaid lunch break. Saturdays are one in two.
