We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join us at our Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Ascot dealership!

We are offering £31,000 basic salary with an OTE of £41,000 plus excellent Company benefits!

Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the After sales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.

You'll be advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.

We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within the role however, previous customer service experience would be essential.

Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.
