Since 1976 Bradshaw EV have designed and manufactured electric tow tractors, load carriers and bespoke vehicle solutions from our production site just outside Peterborough. Across the last 4 decades we are proud to have supplied equipment to all sectors across the UK & Europe from manufacturing to hospitality, sports arenas and the NHS with an output of over 2000 vehicles annually across our sales and hire divisions.
We are the UK distributors for Club car, Goupil/ Polaris, Taylor-Dunn and are proud to still be a family owned and run company.
A typical day for a Bradshaw Service Advisor
The typical day for our service advisors will be varied from quoting repairs and reviewing engineers reports, to scheduling site visits for engineers and discussing ongoing works with customers. The advisor role will act as the communication link between our field engineers and the customers.
We offer nationwide to assistance to all our customers.
Typical day:
- Quoting on repair work
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
- Liaising with customer and discussing t
- Discussing work progress with the service engineers
- Helping with the maintaining stock levels in service van for engineers
- Working both independently & in teams when workload requires
- Communicating with engineers to assist the team with technical advice and guidance.
- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
- Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
- Produce job cards on in-house computer system
- Update customer and vehicle records
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
- Preparation and completion of invoices
The applicant
Bradshaw’s are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is looking to build a career in the electric industrial vehicle sector, the ideal candidate will Have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience a similar role (would suit someone with vehicle knowledge from a Car/HGV or LGV background).
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Clean driving licence
- Ability to work under your own initiative to solve problems
- Happy to work independently and in a team
- Well organised individual with excellent time management
- Willing to learn and progress with the company.
