The Role
We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Cambridge. This is key role within the service team, and a fantastic and exciting opportunity to be part of a prestige dealership and start your career with Jaguar Land Rover and Marshall Motor Group. This role is a full time permanent position working on a Monday to Friday basis and Saturdays on Rota.
What experience do I need?
We are looking to speak to you if you have had previous demonstrable experience within a customer intercation role, where you have been self managing your own workload and ideally with some administration or bookings experience.

What will I do on a daily basis?
- Take incoming telephone queries, make and take customer bookings.
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout the time their vehicle is with us.
- Meet and greet the customers and support the Service Team where necessary.
- Create invoices and jobcards and ensure the bookings diary is up to date.
