The Role
This post holder will be integral to ensuring a high-quality service that promotes recovery across the Via Redbridge service provisions.
As a service administrator, you will support the service with a range of tasks associated with running a smooth and effective service. To achieve this, you will have strong administrative, communication and organisational skills and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external parties.
You will need the ability to prioritise and organise your workload and provide a high standard of customer service. An emphatic and non-judgemental approach is imperative as varied role will give you exposure to a vast array of sensitive data.
The service administrator will support with the following areas
- Reception duties
- Clinical administration
- Data administration
- Service administration

The Service
Via Redbridge is a fully integrated substance misuse service, providing clinical and psychosocial interventions, operating from a main treatment hub, with additional satellites within the community. The team actively promotes recovery and works with individuals that are directly and indirectly affected by substance misuse, working with the local community to improve the health, wellbeing and functioning of Redbridge residents, irrespective of circumstance.
Together we offer a wide range of pharmacological, psychosocial, recovery-orientated, health focused and inpatient interventions that support individuals and their families who wish to receive advice, assessment, and treatment for their drug and/ or alcohol related needs.
Location
The role is predominantly based at Ilford Chambers, but at times may involve travel to external meetings and satellites within the borough, and to other Via locations as needed.
