We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Cheltenham. We are looking for a thorough, resilient and confident individual who has good communication skills, some knowledge of IT systems and is prepared to undergo training on the companies systems.
This is a temp to perm role with a fantastic pay rate of £10.71 per hour along with sociable work hours of 7am till 4pm, Monday to Friday - meaning you have weekends free!
The Customer Service Administrator role is based in our clients services department which covers both the cleaning and pest control sides of the business.
The main responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator are:
- Answering incoming calls
- Making phone calls
- Creating written estimates, job sheets and customer job packs
- Scheduling estimates for our estimator
- Assisting in scheduling the work for our teams
- Invoicing using Sage and contacting the customers for payment
- Carry out all administration requirements for team members as required
- Manage the delivery and collection of equipment and repairs to and from site
- Carry out any duty as requested by the management team
