Service Administrator
Witney, Oxfordshire
- Mon – Fri. 40 hours per week.
Your Role
At Rygor Commercials, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Administrator to join our Oxford Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle branch, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Day to day, you will be:
- Retail invoicing.
- Warranty invoicing/claim processing
- General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost effective.
- Assist with sending out quotations for works on customer vehicles.
- Follow up on any outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices associated works are approved.
- General administrative support for the service team to include post distribution, monitor stationery stock and arranging for supplies when necessary.
- Point of contact for general enquiries with our customers in the admin office.
This role will be a great fit for you if:
- You have previous working experience as a Service Administrator within the automotive industry.
- You are computer literate and confident using technology
- Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
