Salary: £22,000 - £23,000
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Hours: Mon-Fri (37.5 hours per week)
Job Purpose
The role of Customer Fulfilment is really important to us. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and you must have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
You will also need to be a diligent worker, able to prioritise under pressure, and follow through on actions. This role is an essential part of the sales team, building supportive and trusting relationships with customers and clients and also key stakeholders across the business.
We would love to welcome you to our Salford office, working hours of Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Front line answering of the sales phone extension and providing prices / information as requested.
- Responding to emails received to the sales@ and info@ email addresses alongside their own emails, within 1 working day of email.
- Ensure that all orders are updated
- Responsibility for all Dispatch/Build and Dispatch orders are processed and successfully delivered.
- Updating the Sales Price list with new products/prices
- Liaising with production and installation teams to ensure dispatch deadlines are met.
- Managing the CRM program
- Process any pro-forma orders and send invoice to customer.
- Send customer account forms to customers and liaise with accounts
- Ad hoc administrative and support duties.
- Any other tasks specified by managers/directors on request
