Service Administrator - Kärcher Hire (Droyslden, Manchester)
Purpose of the Role
To support the Service Department and to be a custodian of the brand, to effectively meet our customers’ needs, and to help build a growing, profitable, sustainable Kärcher.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring damages are collated and sent to customers within the SLA timeframe
- Proactively forward planning for all stock ensuring that parts are available for all machines
- Chasing all estimates and damage notifications.
- Arranging “parts only” requests to be sent to site via UPS and ensure the customer has been invoiced all cost
- Raising of Purchase orders for both internal and external suppliers
- Raising any defects and discrepancies with the relevant supplier in relation to Goods-In Processing
- Raising any warranty claims with the supplier
- Raising Charge Notices for damages and communicating with the customer the documented evidence and raising invoices when required
- Invoicing and assisting with any queries should they arise
- Maintaining stock levels using SAP
- Upholding quality and the Karcher brand always
- Providing support for Internal and External departments where needed
Your qualifications and experience are :
- 3 GCSEs at Grade 4, (Grade C) or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Forward thinking approach to improving process in an efficient way
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal at all levels both internally and externally
- Knowledge of processing desirable
